Very good news. The best part is that its algae based and using seawater rather than fresh water. From the article:

Very good stuff, two birds with one stone. Crop based biofuels are a terrible idea, but algae or bacterial based fuels show some real promise...

It will be interesting to see how the Algae progresses. I’m hoping that the government will jump in, place some regulations, and put this stuff into production. Then it would be nice to know if we could raise our own homebrew algae.
