Yes SUNY ESF has been doing a lot to fulfill the envisioned goal of 25x'25.

25x'25 Vision: By 2025, America's farms, forests and ranches will provide 25 percent of the total energy consumed in the United States, while continuing to produce safe, abundant, and affordable food, feed and fiber.
State University of New York’s College of Environmental Science and Forestry (SUNY ESF) had taken used cooking oil from nearby Syracuse University’s dining halls and turned it into biodiesel, a fuel alternative that is more environmentally friendly than regular diesel.
The biodiesel created from cooking oil powers more than 30 percent of the SUNY transportation fleet. And with two new 3,000 gallon above-ground fuel storage tanks installed just last week, the university now has the opportunity to create and store even more of the alternative fuel.
