My Liberty Diesel hesitates from a stop, there are no codes. I gave done the ECO Tune from Greendiesel on it and it as a now timing belt, MAP. new cam and crank and flow control on it. Little black smoke, but some. once it starts moving it is fine. it is like limp mode for the first 10 to 15 sec. It was doing this before I did all the changes. before I got it a few months ago. it has nothing but services work done on it at a Chrysler Dealer ship done on it and that was where they bought it. I'm the Second own. it has 158000 miles on it. :JEEPIN:

The CRD is completely drive by wire.

It is POSSIBLE that the clockspring in your electronic accelerator pedal could have a bad spot or a bad connection somewhere in one of the connectors.
If you know someone with a scanner that reads TPS%, you can check this and see if the ECM is registering pedal movement properly.

Another thing to check is if your turbo vanes are stuck wide open, so it won't boost until load and rpm are high enough.
