Hello all this may be my first post in the Great Plains LOST forum. I joined LOST KJs when I was living in Maryland.

Anyways, I have an extra set of the Steel Rims with the awesome chrome hubcaps :), jk. I have them listed on Craigslist in the Omaha area.

I am really not trying to get much out of them. If anyone from this forum buys them I'll cut the price to $125. If you want to go lower then I'll most likely be taking the new spare tire and trading that in to the tire store for credit on some tires for my Neon.

But seriously...I don't want them and someone here may need an extra set for some snow tires or whatever.

I can't say I frequent this forum very much so if you are interested reply back to the CL posting and say you are from LOST KJs.

**On a side note: is there any place near Omaha (within 50-60 miles) that one could go play off road with a stock liberty?

Welcome to the Great Plains section. I don't need any rims already have a couple of sets. As far as a place to wheel the closest place that I know of is Tuttle Creek, Randolf Kansas. About 25 miles north of Manhattan Kansas. Looks like around 130 miles from you. We go up there a couple of times a year. And are still planning on one more trip this year sometime and you are welcome to join us. Had mine up there when it was stock and had a great time.

Thanks for the info, I believe that is all I found that was close as well. 130 miles is "doable". I still need a recovery in point in the back, or I will just have to be the caboose. Ha ha.

We'll see how hard it is to get rid of these rims, I know they are not the most desirable. I know, I wish I had the stock aluminum ones. I have another set of the steel rims on the Jeep now.

Well I had them sold, a lady actually came, picked them up, paid for them, and left. Then I get a call from her husband saying they thought the rims were all chrome and not chrome hubcaps, even though it states that in the post.

Anyways, they are back on CL for round 2.

FYI, I sold them to her for $100. That is my bottom line otherwise I am taking the new tire to trade-in on some new tires for my Neon (when I get it back from the body shop). After that who knows what I'll drop the price too.
