It will be nice to see you two again. I think the last time was Pastafai in Moab.

Last time I heard from him he was still in KC. But that was about a year and half ago. I still have a phone number for him I will try to send a text to see if he will meet us.

Finally got semi moved down to Wichita from Sioux Falls. The liberty wasn't too fond of pulling trailers in the wind needless to say. Anyhow, I'm tentatively good to go along with my wife unless something changes. Looking forward to meeting a few folks from the region to go on a few runs with!

Burnt End is opening up a new building in time for our gathering. They assured me that there would be plenty of room!

How does 4:00 PM work for everyone? It's a little early, but accommodates for those who might need to travel back home.

When:

December 29th @ 4:00 PM

Where:

Burnt End BBQ
11240 West 135th Street
Overland Park, KS
66214

I've made reservations, however, the new building is not up and running, so the location above is their catering building. They do have plenty of seating but the ambiance is lacking. My brother-n-law is the owner of this restaurant. When expressing my concerns, he told me that the BBQ will make up for the lack of ambiance. So let's hold him to that!

Hey guys lucky me.......(sarcastic voice lol) I have family from out of town that is staying late so Liz and I prolly won't be coming down to the dinner :( We have both really been looking forward to this all year. Maybe we could plan a trip to K-Rocks and get together this spring/summer?

We may head up there Saturday and stay with Taylor and Inna. I talked to Ron again and he confirmed that he will be there.

Jose, we're gonna miss you and Liz! I'm super bummed you can't make it. I'm hoping to see everyone else tomorrow! We just got back from a long trip to Illinois, but we'll be ready to eat some good KC BBQ. For those of you who are Chiefs fans, we'll have the Chiefs game playing during our BBQ dinner!
