What would the best software be to compare my "516" binary to the "808"? I'm almost positive it has been mentioned earlier in this thread (I couldn't find it), so i'm sorry for asking questions that have already been answered.

Thank you again for the help.

I would use WinOLS as you can open the bins side by side and see the maps very easily. Then Only issue is that winOLS demo version doesnt know where the maps are so you need to go identify them yourself. I might be able to grab a screenshot of my WinOLS that has all the addresses and names of the maps ive found.

On a side note, does anyone know how to increase the boost limiter threshold so I dont get an overboost code. I was towing a 5000 lb trailer the other day and I had to clear the CEL 5-6 times in a 1.5 hour drive. Based on the research I have done, the 808 tune does not have a SVBL(single value boost limit) in the code so I dont know how else the CEL gets set off.

Here are the maps i've identified in WinOLS. I am not positive on all of them, but the important ones like Drivers Wish, Boost, Torque to IQ(Injection Quantity) etc should be ok. Please do your own research though, so you can be confident in my findings. You can find several links I have posted to a Youtube channel which is the basis for my determination of the Maps I have located.

Unfortunately Imgshack wont let me post direct without a premium account so this will have to due.

Keep in mind, this is for an 808 tune. Your results may vary but you can at least look at the 808 and try to find the equivalent maps in other tunes

I haven't gotten a response from amt cartech about the invalid key error message I keep getting with mpps v18.2, I can read my ecu if I read it as a Chrysler pt cruiser, its the only one listed with an edc16c/c2-9.9. I am getting Chrysler file no' :1037375617 software no': 56044776af I cannot find any maps on it with titanium.

Does any one know if the Ross Tech key-usb cable will work? I Know I can clear obdII codes with my Ross Tech Vag Com. If the cables are compatible, what software do I need to download to upload Yeti's program to my ECU. I want the EGR delete and some very minor power mods as I still run the stock converter.

Thanks

Bought my cable last week. Looks like there's a lot of good info here! I'm very interested in an eco tune in the vein of what pwrwagon was working on. Does anyone have that tune? Pwrwagon, are you still following the thread? Interested in sharing the tune for others to try?

Otherwise I'll probably try Nicks tunes this week. Though I'm not sure my TC can handle too much torque, but we'll see!

I have a 2005 American model.
I have a MPPS v13.02 thingy on the way and a old XP laptop.
Looks like these two are my best choices:

Nick's 811 ECU/FCV delete + Stage 1 tune (vers 1.01), link- https://www.dropbox.com/s/jb5lt636epq13 ... .01%29.bin
Yeti's 811 ECU/FCV delete + Stage 2 Hot tune (vers 1.02) - 450Nm, link- https://www.dropbox.com/s/zgwmmqaz5wk0a ... -450Nm.bin

Any advice before before I try one of these tunes?

@flash7210 - I'm running Nick's Stage 1 tune and love it. I haven't run a full tank through to get a good mileage gauge, but the power has a nice punch. I'm especially interested in getting a good eco tune going as I think there's definitely some mileage to be gained, but I'm definitely not qualified to tweak the tune. :) Pretty easy to flash, I did it with my Win7 x64 laptop with no issues.

My 2005 is a 1037375603, an 811
Both of the ones you listed are good tunes, I have ran both of them at one time in the past.
I am currently running a Stage IV Hot tune with EGR/FCV delete by Yeti, it rocks, has plenty of power and gets good fuel mileage if I keep my big foot out of it.
I also have a Stage III tune by Yeti if anyone needs a copy. Has a little more umph to it than the Stage II.
Fits a 2005, 811 build only....
A stage III or IV both requires updated torque converter, either a Hemi or Suncoast to hold all the additional torque... a stock TC will chatter or shudder in lockup as it cannot hold the torque

I loaded the tune yesterday: Nick's 811 ECU/FCV delete + Stage 1 tune (vers 1.01)

Now I know what TC shudder feels like.
But its only during hard acceleration from 50 mph (4th gear + lock).

Reading through the posts I saw that you requested a tune that turned off the MAF.
Which tune was that?
Did it work as requested?
I'm really interested in that feature.

Marco never did develop that aspect; we did talk about doing one last year, but it never came to fruition...
The premise was to disable the DTC while the MAF was unplugged preventing the operation of the EGR.
But after the ERG + FCV delete was developed, there was really no need for a MAF delete....
Not saying it could not be done; just not a driving need at this point for a tune such as that??? :?:
