My dad and I have been playing with this program and have found his, previously my, '05 CRD. we have been able to run Yeti's stage 2 map and love it! the only issue we have is with a modified intake, the MAF code P0102 is still present. Does anyone have this map with the MAF code deleted? can't find a free full version of WINOLS or ECM Titanium to change the map myself. Thanks in advance!

Thanks for the idea, unfortunately, my computer will not install the program claiming it has a trojan virus attached.

We were able to find another software to alter the E4273 value and it worked great! Insanely impressed with the difference in how it runs, drives, and mpg gains! Thanks Yeti for making a great tune! Yosemite Sam is blazing guns now :pepper:

Hi all.
I am located in Australia and have a 2006 Jeep Cherokee KJ 2.8 Diesel, with around 125K kilometers.
From what I gather this is the same as the US Jeep Liberty CRD.
I wanted to disable the EGR via re flashing the ECU, but wasn't sure it can be done on the Australian version of the Jeep.

The Jeep runs much better with MAF unplugged (which from what I read disables the EGR). With MAF plugged in, I have a flat spot in acceleration at around 1200 rpm.

Can anyone confirm the ECU flash can be done on the Australian version, before I go and buy the required hardware/software on ebay.

Thanks in advance.

What software did you use?
Can you post your modified tune file for others to download and try?

This tune has become my go to tune for all driving conditions with a stock torque converter.

Any chance we could get this for an 811 ECU? I didn't see it in the OP, and I haven't read through the entire post yet either...:(

Hi all.
Got a 2006 Jeep Cherokee KJ 2.8 Diesel (Australia), and I just used MPPS 13.02 to read the original firmware.
1037377513P53362K4 is what I get on the first line when I read in wordpad.

I found this map HrastProgrammer-513-EGR_FCV_Delete-Stoc…Tune.bin on page 1 and it also uses the same id 1037377513P53362K4 as my Jeep. I believe this map simply disables the EGR/FCV but does not add performance.

Is this the correct map I need to write ?
Does the version 513 look correct for a 2006 Jeep ?

I was hoping for a slightly more tuned version, and if anyone is aware please let me know.

its simil at the 808 file , but not the same , and have the egr management like the 809 , you can download the 809 and copy the egr and fcv hysteresis in your , and post your file here for a check

Hi Yeti,

https://www.dropbox.com/s/ufthyea1u52zc ... 4.Bin?dl=0

Above is a link to the map I got from my Jeep.
I am new to all this and don't know how to modify it yet (but learning).

I would be more than happy if you could modify the file (disable EGR and maybe slightly more power).

At this stage the only modification I have done to the Jeep is installed a 2.5" free flow muffler from the CAT.

Any help would be much appreciated.

Alternatively I could write HrastProgrammer-513-EGR_FCV_Delete-Stoc…Tune.bin (found on page 1), but not sure if it's safe.

it's safe ,it's the same of what you linked on dropbox and the egr and fcv is disabled well , but there is no DTC delete in this tune

It's a shame about DTC not being disabled.
Unfortunately I have Windows 10 and ECM Titanium doesn't work on it.
