A couple of KJ CRDers were asking about additional information on this install writeup like what size exactly was the cooler used and were can one get these parts-
Well this is one stop shopping as all parts are avail at any corporate U-Haul!

First- review the pictures procedure-- Look at page 2--

http://www.lostjeeps.com/forum/phpBB3/vie ... c&start=20

Now a parts/tool list--

Text install instructions
PARTS: ALL available at ant U-Haul corporate store:6172009_83038_3.png
------Transmission cooler
13238
Full Size Cars or Pickups
Towing 2,500-5,000 lbs. 3/4"x11"x7-3/4"
Heavy
Duty $81.00

-----13214 Quick Connect Coupler, Use w/ 5/16" Factory Cooler Line, Male & Female Fittings 1 $7.856172009_82417_1.png

-----3132 A Transmission Oil Cooler Hose, 11/32” I.D., (Sold Per Foot) 1 $1.95/ft.6172009_82539_2.png

-----O437100T A Replacement Hose Clamp 1 $1.39/ea

-----Some Zip ties
-----Stiff brackets L-shape for fabbing brackets to hold cooler in place
-----3/8ths inch size rivets

Some specific tools:
-----Air Compressor needed
-----Air rivet gun
-----Air cut off tool
-----Bench vise
-----Misc hand tools.

As the pictural shows to install, FRONT BUMPER REMOVAL is required. The install may work behind an already installed ARB bumper but you have to judge that for yourself ( I have not worked with an aftermarket bumper ) The cooler is installed in front of every thing including the Aux fan.

Notes:
----- This install is CRD specific-- works on 2005 or 2006 models.
----- The tutorial on the pics section talks about cutting and flairing a copper tube as part of the install- this part is waived as part # 13214 can be used in this stead-
----- Th cooler kit from U-Haul has a lot of install parts included that would not be used in this CRD application--

So how much oil cooler hose do we need in length?
how many clamps? part # O437100T
what if we don't have an air rivet gun? what would we use instead?
how many couplers part# 13214

for those of you with a suncoast you may want to look into one of these
http://summitracing.com/parts/BMM-70298/
or
http://summitracing.com/parts/BMM-70297/

the thermostat can be changed to another temp but fan turns on at 175o

If you remove the electric pusher, you can go with a huge cooler, like for 4500-5500 truck class. You can add 2 7 inch fan over that cooler, with hood hinge in between. It is overkill though. An additional cooler on the side of electric fan pusher is enough, unless you do anything extreme.
