Just a heads up really, if you have a none starting CRD that isn't throwing ECU codes AND you are sure you have all the air out of the lines, test your crank sensor. Mine would randomly fail to start, usually after getting up to temp then being left for more than 15 minutes. Once it wouldn't start I had to leave it for a few hours before it would start. After replacing all the fuel lines, filter head & filter and installing a lift pump I still had the fault. Was pointed in the direction of this thread
viewtopic.php?f=5&t=64199&start=80 (thanks papaindigo) & decided to swap out the crank sensor. Low and behold the Jeep is fixed. Did some testing on the CPS and if it gets some heat soak the resistance on the sensor goes through the roof.
