Out of curiosity, is that EVIC mileage or is it hand-calculated?

Hi I’m playing around here trying to tune my 2006 jeep card.I got the mpps cable and can read and write tunes with it . Now here’s my problem I have a 516 seems like it’s kinda rare? Anyway from what I gathered on here a 808 tune should work on any 06 ? So I loaded yeti’s 808 mild tune and It bricked it......so I loaded the original back in and started fine so I was wondering does anybody have a 516 tune?

you can build it, you have all the information available, or you can ask me for a custom tuned file ...not free

you need kess v2 programmer

the software present in the first page is only for the KJ

I can delete EGR ,DPF, TVA and Swirl plus much more torque and hp on the WK

Yeti, the latest version that Aliexpress sells is hardware 5.017 and software 2.23.
Is this what you use?

Does anyone have a link to the correct cord I need? Everything I have found is a long wait to get here. I would like to buy from someone in the US and have it this week.
Is it possible to download the software from the internet? I have a cord here that could work, as it was used on a 2005 Chrysler/Mercedes before. I just need the software to try it.

Thanks

Has anyone been able to write a new injector value into the DIY tunes? I'm in the process of rebuilding my engine after it dropped a valve and one injector was taken out during the failure so I'll be replacing it. I'd like to know if I can use the DIY tunes to achieve this in order to get the vehicle up and running and then in the long run I will probably purchase a GDE tune. If the DIY method doesn't work, I know I can go straight to GDE for help.

2006 Liberty CRD. The cord I currently have is simply marked OBDII and came from Eurocharged. I don't mind buying new, but I would like something coming from the USA so I can have it soon.

I ordered mine from an ebay reseller of Chinese stuff out of CA and had it in 2 days.

As long as you remember to open the program right click select Run as Administrator, it's never given me a problem.

Hello ,
I got the flash thing on Ebay and I find my 05 is an 811.
So at the start of this thread I see where I can download
some " tunes" for my 05.
Can someone help me understand what Stage 1 and Stage 2 mean
and what the differences are ?
I have been reading a lot of the posts in this thread.
I like what I read about the YETI 808 mild tune that also deletes the
EGR. NOTE: I'm taking all that stuff out. EGR Cooler FCV thing. All that monkey
business is coming out. So I'm thinking a tune like Yeti 808 for my 811
might be good ???
I really don't want to over do it. I don't want to break anything or
wear it out faster than normal....

Thanks
Clancy

The "Stages" simply mean the amount of torque and HP output provided by the engine using one of the listed tunes above stock configuration.

Example:
Stage 1 provides slightly more torque and HP above stock.
Stage 2, next step up on torque and HP. 450Nm (331.9030ft-lb)
Stage 3, a little more than stage 2 ~465Nm (not listed, but I have one on file that I tested)
Stage 4 (*Hot tune) max torque and HP 480Nm (354.0298ft-lb) [the most torque and HP recommended by most tuners for an engine with a stock turbo]
*turbo limit is 1.7 - 1.8 bar ...break limit ..original is 1.35, Hot tune set at max 1.5
rail pressure limit is 1800 bar, original is 1600, Hot tune set at 1650

Important Note: Any tune above Stage 1 requires a better torque converter and Transgo Kit installed both of which are designed to hold the TC clutches and prevent slippage when the transmission is in lockup.
Trying to run any tune greater than Stage 1 without transmission improvements will cause TC chatter or shudder. :grim:

custom tuned file in full torque 1700 bar 115mm3 of injected fuel and 1,55 bar of turbo for a more than 500 nm and 210hp , for a stock torque converter i give 450 nm in 1st and 2nd gear , and limit at about 370 nm in 3rd 4th and 5th gear , we can rise at 120 mm3 on a full torque but you need a custom turbo that can run at about 1,65 bar without problem like the New JK with 200 hp

1st : the tuned file posted here is a scketch to spur people to studie , but it's free
2nd : load only the file that correspond on your sw number .......if not you risk to brick the ecu
3rd : a custom tuned file is sewing on your need , I prepare the tuned file , and adjust it on your request

So I was finally able to get MPPS going and read and downloaded my ECU file. It's a 2005 603, but I don't see a 603 tune yet listed, although it has been talked about recently. Doing the Weeks stage one and two and will have a DTC, I'm sure. Already had an EGR DTC (for years...it was my Uncle's Liberty and he chose not to address/fix). Can another file be used? Or can a 603 tune be made?

PM Yeti, he can make you one for the 603.
