FYI:
The 811 Stage IV tune also has the FCV / EGR DTC (CEL) disabled...

Does anyone know of a way to get the Jeep to high idle via tune while its parked? One of the biggest issues i have living here in the great white north is that this darn thing wont warm up until i drive it and it makes it extremely difficult to clear the windows of ice and fog if i have no heat. Currently I have a Grill blanket, 195F thermostat and will even leave the block heater plugged in while the jeep is idling and it still doesn't quite get hot enough.

I wanna see if anyone has found a map that would let you run it up to 1500 rpm or so while the jeep is sitting in park only, that way there are no issues while driving.

Most dealers don't know as much as the members here.
There may be an easy solution.

Get through the inspection and then consider disabling components.

No fix is available for the Weeks elbow yet so just wait.

Your 516 ecu has yet to be modded. Provide a download, I will put it on the first page and maybe someone can alter it for you.

Where should I upload or to whom should I send my ECU-file?

I would start by sending a PM to Yeti.

I FINALLY had a chance to read my ECU and I as well have a 526. I have been reading and searching and it doesn't look like there are any egr/fcv deletes for the 526 yet. Any pointers or help would be appreciated, thanks guys!

I have been following this thread for awhile and recently purchased the hookup to try it on my 05 Libby. I was reading my carfax report and discovered the original owner had the engine/transmission reprogrammed by the dealer in 06. Is this the flash Chrysler did to detune the engine to protect the torque converter? If so will the 811 tune listed retune the engine for original power or maybe even a little more.

Thanks
txbiker

That is more than likely the F37 recall.

Yea, I am fairly confident my Jeep has had this done.

unfortunately I have to lean to one other person to remove DTC's, is a very complicated job
and I must pay for do this , and the DTC's table is different in most file

It is a good idea to start sorting 5v vs 7v vs 7v-preF37 for the first page. Someone may want to tune for different glow plugs.
Anyone who has sent me an ecu file please let me know so that I can add it.

the 808 and 811 have no substantial difference on mine 812 in the fuel management , BTW the 526 , 513 , 601 , 809 , have a map that seem a pulse map that is different on mine , but I'm not sure what this map do , you can see this difference if you watch my original 812 or a 808 and compare it with a 526 looking early the over boost map , a look of a person that know this tipe of pulse is really appreciated

Your 812 is 7 volt?
Marco, did you send me the 809? Is it the 5v update or just Europe's version for 7v?
I wonder if the 526 is pre-F37 to the 808?

Someone will confirm the 5v update soon and you will have your answer too.

601
808
809
811
812

there is a difference in a torque management in the tranny map , the only difference I have see is the torque in the first 3 gear compared USA and Europe file ......probabilly for different road........and the last 3 gear in manual transmission.......normal difference

if you want I can send the 526 that is easy to compare on mine, let me know

I have the 526 for download on the first page. Blake1827 provided it. He has an American '06.
If this is pre-F37, it would make an interesting map to mod with the EGR/FLV delete.

I have the 516 as well. What Jeep does it fit (year, Europe, g.p. volt)?

the 526 have the same torque management on the tranny like the 808 , is different on Europe file but I not think is the pre F37 but only for different road , if you see the torque limit map #2 (7) you can see this differnce in the first 3 gear , the 516 is from speli , I think is in Europe but I do not remember the year
