Hello, my transmission cooler is leaking across the bottom.

First, what type of fittings connect the transmission lines to the transmission cooler. These are some strange ducks? Metric Euro-pipe? Can't find a fitting to adapt to the OEM line fittings?

Second, will the transmission cooler come out without disturbing the AC, Radiator or Intercooler?

Third, How much for an OEM replacement. Mopar Parts online does not list them.

Thanks,

LN

Got it! There is a clip to remove these factory connectors. Then it was just hose to new BM and everything is working.

Having the same problem with mine. Did you replace the cooler? OEM - Aftermarket?

Been trying to figure out how to fix it

Thanks,

I just put clamp on original connector one on each side and mine is working. No one posted this fix and is easiest. Old hose looses its clamping from crimps and now is crimping.

For anyone wondering, the fittings are 3/8" Jiffytite connectors. Very common on GM Trans/oil cooler lines.

I had a leak in the cooler portion of the a/c condenser so I had it drained of Freon, had the leak fixed and reinstalled. Then I found a leak in one of the lines. I couldn't get my tool to work so I unscrewed them. Then cleaned them out and the connection tool worked fine. Replaced after the line was fixed and then had Freon replaced. All good now. :-)r
