Im currently out of country but my wife has been driving my jeep to me it up several i left. The CEL is nothing new as i have the offroad mod on my Libby. However just recently the oil light came on so i had her check the codes and got back the following: p0120, p0207, p0532, p0526, and p1641. They seem too random to not somehow all be related at the Liver seems to drive fine still. Any thoughts?

If the oil light comes on, you need to check the oil level.
If oil level is ok the problem is probably the oil pressure switch.

None of those codes make sense. Clear them and see what returns.

the oil level was fine and i agree that the oil pressure switch was my next thought.

As for those codes, also in agreement that they make no sense what so ever. i have cleared them and they come back.

This post should be posted in the "Liberty CRD Love That Torque" Section.

What year is your CRD? Later models have a Front Control Module mounted on the front-left fender just in front and below the battery. This FCM handles Bus communication and if it gets water or mud in it you could get all sorts of weird codes.

Likewise the ECM should be unplugged...with battery disconnected...and the connectors checked for dirt/water. :?

2005 CRD, thats a rather odd location for the FCM and even odder that mud or water can affect it when i have the "trail rated" liberty. suppose to be water sealed from what i read. what abou the oil sensor, where is that located?

The oil pressure sensor is down where the oil filter is attached.
