Pulled out of the puck (old style) and won't go back in (see pic, plug with o-ring showing). Will it be ok to drive it like this for a couple days while I wait for a replacement? ![]() |

I cant tell for sure based on your picture, but my guess is that broken plug will create a huge fuel leak. |

I should note I did start and run for a few minutes. No leaks showing, so who knows. |

Update... I unplugged the thing and took a large flat blade screwdrover placed inside the socket. Lightly tapping with a hammer the sensor thing went back in. I'm still going to use this opportunity to get the updated fuel head and wiring kit. |

Keep a fire extinguisher handy and know how to use it. Make sure your insurance is paid up. |

I believe that is just the fuel temp sensor and and yes you can run the jeep if the sensor is damaged or unplugged but you will get a CEL. Whether or not it leaks is a different issue. |
