I am thinking E63B8 may be a throttle calibration map? Like it allows 100% throttle to be applied without the acceletor pedal being fully depressed. This makes sense as I have seen 100% load in Torque Pro well before full throttle, probably so you can hit full torque output before a downshift occurs.

What do you think?

Is there a map that reduces injection quantity based on manifold air temperatures, similar to the boost reduction map at F70B8?

I don't think so , I know there is a limitation with coolant temp and fuel temp , at this address 0E90C6 there is another limitation by temp , but sincerely I don't know the conversion factor and if is coolant temp or what

Oh, I thought E90C6 was for the T/C lockup. I guess not.

E6B14 is the map for limiting fuel based on coolant. I altered this map to give me some extra fuel up to 102C since I am using a 95C thermostat.

Following along for more cool stuff. Wish we could find the map for the stupid fuel gauge "interpretation". I just want to know how much fuel I actually have! Silly DCJ engineers.

Good work guys. Keep it up!

I was actually thinking the same thing about the temperature gauge. It basically doesnt move from 170-210 degrees because of the scaling they use. unfortunately though, based on page 8W-30-21 of the SM, the Fuel level sensor is handled by the BCM on the diesel and I suspect all of the gauges may be.

Linear scaling for that would be nice as well! I hate the thought of having instruments that warn you of things after it's already starting to get out of hand instead of realtime data.

Strange that the tech manual says that it's the BCM handles that when GDE has always claimed that their tunes fix the fuel gauge scaling. I wonder where the discrepancy is there...

Slight Update:

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B52YO2glLaJ8TE5DWEVFWXBpZ3c

Added P-Code block as map 0E4872 through 0E494F. Also added P-Code index to map comments
Removed data offset in 3 A/C Fan control maps to prevent mistakes if someone edits.
Added "(Smoke Map)" to IQ Correction on Boost map name

I think the X-axis may be time on the A/C Fan maps. My jeep has been overheating lately and when the coolant drops back below 100C(what I set the fan high speed to come on at) the fan continues to run for 2.5 minutes which would correlate to the 15000(150 seconds) at the top.

Here is a slight update:

Added Fuel Rail Sensor Calibration Map @ 0FAEFA

https://drive.google.com/open?id=0B52YO2glLaJ8U1RyRnBYR0lmOXc

rail pressure sensor is limited to 1800 Bar if anyone is interested.

The 05 and 06 are not the same. GDE only fix this on the 05.

Probably something to do with the 06 having the BCM read the fuel level VS the 05 with the FCM.
