Hi everyone
Not sure were to post
I am from South Africa and need advice on a 2006 Jeep Liberty 2.8crd
1. It droped a valve on piston no 1 when the timong belt was done it idles rough so i have disassembled the valve cover to find 2x broken rokers and the valve in piston no 1 head had droped into the cylinder pics to folow

2. I need advice on how do I loosen the cylinder head bolts as they seem to use an 7/16 socket if i am correct but they are stuck and wont budge , I am just afraid i might break them off
