I put a pressure tester on the tank and pumped it up to 14 Lbs, came out next day and found a two inch puddle under right side of motor, looked up and spotted drips coming from gasket between turbo and exhaust lowered front of jeep down from jack and had around 1 quart of coolant run out from front of muffler. At this point i am ready to pull the head off and have it pressure tested. The jeep does have a 183000 on it and I do not have a record of its history.

Any thoughts?

Sounds like you are on the right track. You'll likely be able to see the crack in the head in my experience and save the machine shop cost, although it might be hidden. Or maybe there's no crack at all

Most likely a cracked head.
Or could be a leaking egr cooler.
Or both.

My head was cracked around the exhaust valve seats.
Cracks were not visible but a pressure test revealed them.
I also had a leaking egr cooler.

Do yourself a favor and remove all the egr stuff while you have the head removed.
