Ok, tune looks good. what fault codes are you getting?
The fault codes will still show up when you pull the codes, however, they won't trigger the check engine light after the tune. So, I'm guessing that it's a different fault that's causing your problem.

What was the file number for your original .bin file?
Based on those codes, you may have flashed using an incorrect file for your build.

P1267 is a bad glow plug, probably #4, or #1 if the wire is backwards.
U0121 is ABS related, so like WW said, give us your file number as that's a strange one.

But, you can ignore the EGR and FCV codes. I always leave the fcv and egr disconnected after the tune...

You may also have a bad (wire or sensor) or unplugged mass air flow sensor (maf).

I'm assuming that the jeep starts and runs?

Thanks i checked all connections and they are good no loose pins or bent pins, i did one other jeep 2005 an it also got the U0121 code, so i am thinking I'm either down loading the wrong files or they need tohave the serial number enters in the program, here is the original for the 2006 jeep and the one i put in it, i even reloaded it to make sure there wasn't a glitch. i dont know how to get a bin file to the forum, but it was a 16 file

Open the file in *Wordpad and look for the number that is similar to 1037380808. It will have 10 digits.
Does the jeep start?

Ok, as long as the jeep actually runs, then your tune is fine. You just need to fix the glowplug and ABS issue.

In other words:
You will always see the egr code when you pull the codes, but it won't cause a check engine light.

It didn't have the can bus issue with the abs till i tuned it, same with the other jeep i have been working on, i checked everything i the other jeep and found no concerns, is it possible after the tune the abs doesn't recognize the ECM, i don't think it coincidence that both have the same can bus issues. thanks, Norm

Where are you located? Or is this a US jeep? I would first try loading a different 808 tune. Send Yeti a PM if there isn't another 808 in the DIY tune thread. Or start a new thread in the CRD section and ask for a different 808 tune.

I'm guessing you are dealing with a non US jeeps.

For clarification, do the jeeps start, run, opperate???

Don't believe adding a tune on the ECM has any bearing on the ABS Module.
They are stand alone entities.

all the modules are on the bus DATA line and if they see one that is different or doesn't communicate like it suppose to it set a bus code, which i am getting, they cant be separate if the ECM is getting the code. there is a sequence that they have to start up and i think the sequence has been changed with the tune. it does start and runs good but the guy wants the check engine light to be off.
