Title: Replace all OEM plastic and rubber hose fittings with High Temperature Silicone Hoses for improved performance
- Issue: Original small plastic tubing pipe can collapse, split, or crack preventing the turbo vane control actuator from receiving full control vacuum signal from the Turbo Vane Modulator Control Valve Station.
- Benefits: Improved turbo boost performance and quicker turbo response time.
- Solution: Replace ALL of the vacuum hoses in the engine compartment from the connection point on the brake booster over to the turbo vane controls and the hose to the HVAC controls.
............There are two different size hoses, smaller ones on turbo controls and going to vane actuator, and slightly larger ones on supply hoses to turbo vacuum canister from brake booster and hose going through firewall to HVAC controls inside vehicle.

Larger hoses 5mm (3/16)
