Post ECS m&g

Me and Fulltimer are going to Rosine after the ECS to pay respects to Bill Monroe.
I expect we should make it in the area no later than noonish Monday Oct4th.So far we have no idea where we will be camping.Just plan on passing a good time cooking,sipping shine,and listening to the "Music of the Mountains".

If anyone would like to join us we'd sure like some company.

Can anyone score some good local shine?The real Mountain Dew. :dizzy:

There is an empty field across from a barn, in Rosine, where we might be able to stay. There is also a campground 9 miles from Rosine. The town only has about 30 houses from what I can find. There is a general store/restaurant where we could get some ideas as to where to stay also. I'll keep checking around.

Camping at the Ohio County Park, in Hartford, is the closest at 9 miles.

I'm not likely to forget that! When I visit my buddy we set on his front porch talking about our time together in Vietnam while drinking shine! All that talking dries out the mouth ya know!

We're going to have to cancal this trip due to my engine troubles,and me and Full won't be making the ECS this year. :banghead:

Sorry guys,I will make my way to Kantuck one day.
Tom,we will drink shine and pass a good time one day.Hopefully more sooner than later.
