My driver's window lifts up in the rear when going up. If I grab it and yank the low side, it straightens itself out. Took it in to Hatch Dodge in the nearest "big" town to my vacation spot, Show Low. I was impressed with the service, the knowledge and the honesty, especially since I didn't have a Dodge. The mechanic came out and talked to me, drew me a picture of the inner workings of the window, explained why the window wasn't stable (poor design), noted that he'd looked up the '05 design in the Chrysler web site and the window was epoxyed to the clip at the factory. The design in my car is one, pencil-sized, hole drilled through the bottom of the window and the window rests on a 4" plastic clip (no glue) to which is attached a plastic piece that goes through the hole that moves the window up and down. He siliconed the tracks, apologized profusely and said that's about all he could do without replacing the tracks and rubber in the door. Anyone else hand a similar problem?

Not exactly the same problem, but close. Check your window tracks for debris or bent weatherstriping. I took a brick through my drivers window shortly after I bought mine. The force badly damaged the inner-workings to where it had to be replaced with the glass. It actually snapped that plastic clip off of the regulator. When repaired, it didn't work cleanly and would often make a popping sound when closing as if something was out of allignment. I eventually found a small chip of glass in the track, once removed it was fine.

Yep - same problem where the drivers side window would roll up cocked in the window frame and needed to be straightened by hand before it would roll up. Took it in and they lubricated the tracks. Has worked OK since.
