I hear that about the C. Springs location repeatedly. The management must be better in the Denver area. They sell lifts in their service department and have never even hinted at warranty issues regarding my lift. Great folks up here.
Ted, if you want to get reimbursed there is a blurb about how to correctly do that on the NHTSA website. I don't remember where, but it was under the latest recall and contained in one of the letters from DC I believe.
Ah, here... “DCC has a longstanding policy and practice of reimbursing owners who have incurred the cost of repairing a problem that subsequently becomes the subject of a field action. To ensure consistency, DCC, as part of the owner letter, will request that customers send original receipt and / or other adequate proof of payment to the company for confirmation of the expense.”

Just take that to the dealer with you along with your receipts and you should be good.?.? Maybe call DC customer care and ask them to be sure. This might be something you don't even need to go to the dealer with.
