Dodge Vs. Jeep

Quick question. I am sure it is a common sense question but I am not sure and would like a good solid answer before I decide to buy them.

My Supervisor has a 2003 dodge ram 1500 anyways he has a set of 20's rims and tires that I want to buy off him but I am not sure if it will fit the lug pattern on the Liberty. If not is there an adapter or something that I can buy (sort of like a spacer) that I could buy to get them to fit??

the bolt pattern for the dodge is 5 lug by 5 1/2 inch bolt so they will not work with some type of adapter .
