Thats it loaded to it max they say it can take a bit more but it was bowing a little so id say thats the maxum it can safely handle.
But you cant believe how strong it is.
The funny thing is i stayed in York PA for almost 2 years (the first capital of the USA) and got so into the hang of the imperial system that when i came back home my metric system was out the window!
Its ruffly x2.2 so 200kgs X 2.2 = 440 pounds
and 1km will be X 60% will give you 1 US mile so a 160Km/h is MPH
