See, I dont get all the fuss about bloody SFA this & that.

I don't think most want a SFA to replace IFS due to articulation. Mostly it's to compensate for ground clearance and the IFS's limited capability to run a 33" or bigger tire.

How much would the tires rub with the front sway bar off and fully flexed? If they rub alittle with the sway bar, would it tare it all out when turned and flexed? Or is the fender well big enough to handle it?

Your front "up travel" is limited not by your sway bar but the upper bump stops

They keep the metal from bumping on metal and that keeps the tires from bumping the fender

All this concern about "flex" I realy dont under stand maby it has to do with where I ride but then again even my TJ discoed lifts a wheel so who knows
but any way I wheel with ALL types of rigs and the guys who can not flex like a TJ just learn how to deal with it
Much like the guys who drive WJ's or Land Rovers or FJ's or H3's ,all of wich were on the trail with us to day, learn to deal with break over or approach/depart angles
Learn how to "deal with it" it is what it is and I dont see it gettin that much better

besides I think that a stock KJ vs stock YJ would be prety darn close as far as "flex"

Exactly. A well modded Liberty would probably be lucky to break 500 on a 20 degree RTI.

I got 455 at Jeepfest the other month, but that was WITH the front sway bar attached. I couldn't get the bolts to budge, or I would have taken a score both with and without...
