OK y'all, I just got back from having some 235/70R16 Libby SR-A's take offs put on my wife's Crand Caravan. With the exception of the 10% speedometer change and a SLIGHT rear rub at FULL turn, the extra inch of ground clearnace seems to work fine. I'll keep you updated if anything bad happens... (other than her not liking the white letters out  )

Very cool moose, now I have a reason to get some good tires for the Jeep 8) . I was down to either finding some 16" rims for the tracker or putting the Goodyears on the Town and Country, Now I know it will work. I am now accepting donations for the CRD tire fund, I can accept Cash, Checks, or Paypal, PM me for the address to send money.

Dear God, don't put your wife at risk with those demon donuts!!!! Just burn them as the traction past one year is sketchy in wet IMHO.

The wife drives the CRD, I drive the town and country

And with the condition of the tires on the van, anything would be better.

Our van tires were in the same boat, plus I got a 1+" lift on the van out of the tire size change

Throw some skids and an ARB on that Town and Country!!! That would have to be a first, wouldn't it?

I knew a guy that had an astro van on 35" boggers, blown 455 under the hood, not sure what axles but it would lay 4wd rubber a full city block  That thing was crazy.

UPDATE:

Now that the wife has had 3 days on the new tires, she still thinks there OK. Now I just need to fab up a skid and get the odometer fixed...
