I would like to add a set of front and a rear tow hook to my 2006 KJ. Is this a hard install and where can I get the hooks?

Welcome to the board! You can get hooks from the dealer and they aren't difficult to install if you are handy with a wrench. Maybe someone else will chime in with other sources or links.
Also, are you planning any modifications for your Liberty? A rear hitch, for example, is a good option you might want to consider.

the install of them parts ain't hard at all. The rear though, I would slap a hitch reciever on there and through in a shackle reciever. A lot better than a tow hook.
