Trail rated

Im new to Jeep, how come my 03 Liberty does not have the Trail Rated badge on the fenders? Rich....

They started this in 04 i do believe.. You can order them.. :wink:

They were once free to Jeep owners just by asking now you have to buy them.

I wish mine was trail rated...instead I have to settle for this piece of crap grocery getter. Maybe someday I'll be able to upgrade.

BTW i just got the ONLY 1 DCjeep mag and i have had my jeep for over a year:? Well all i can say is that it's not as bad as the one the Harley puts out! All that the "Enthusiast" is good for is to get you into the Stealership and buy more HD stuff.

I hope you know Skyjump was joking. If you know what he has done to his KJ, you will realize, his is now one of the most capable off-road KJ's out there.

Sorry, was my sarcasm regarding the "trail rated" badge not thick enough? Wheel it and it is trail rated, but if you never take it off road then I don't care what kind of sticker you have on the side of your car.

Just read a quote in JP mag - not sure if I got it exactly but it was something on the order of "Well, we could bash the Liberty but at least there are some owners out there who are actually offroading the thing." I think this post sums it up exactly! Oh, by the way, they were actually knocking the Commander when they gave us this backhanded compliment!

Yeah without the Trail Rated badge on there Skyjump...I'm REALLY REALLY surprised you even ATTEMPTED that rock in the first place.....gotta say man.....you have big brass ones to do that.....without the Badge!!!!

I hope the case of soda and the cereal in the back didn't break open.....man....people and their non-trail rated grocery gettin KJ's ....they'll never learn!

You better upgrade to the "Badged" edition like the rest of us before trying that again.
