Frankenlift on order!!

I Just got off the phone with Quinn from All J Products what a great guy to deal with! I have my Frankenlift on order.

He is even taking it to the post office to have it shipped because that is the only way I can get mail here in Iceland.

He is going above and beyond customer service for me. If you guys ever need anything that All J Products sells do not hesitate, feel confident in ordering from them. You will be completely satisfied.

Thanks again Quinn for all the help with my questions.

I am so excited to get my lift my wife can't stand to be near me right now.

You are right about AllJ, everytime that I have had to deal with them, they have been very nice and I have no complaints.

Can i ask a question about that lift. Why does it cost so much. What does it come with that other lifts do not. Do all full suspension lifts cost that much?, and im just thinking about the cost of spacer lifts?

It's got quite a few parts more than the Rusty kit, for instance.

It takes the very best parts that 4 different companies (Daystar, OME, Skyjacker, Rancho) offer and creates the best KJ lift available. Rusty's lift is probably the best bang for the buck, but if you gotta have the tallest, best flexing lift around then you want the Frankenlift.

What lift would be best for not worrying about cv angles and stuff like that. I want a good lift, but dont want the highest lift i can get, i dont want to worry about replacing parts down the road. just some to get it up some.

Also keep in mind that Frankenlifts come with pre-assembled front struts, including new springs, and Rancho struts. There are also a few parts that we have to buy to complete the struts, plus there is some labor in there to assemble on our end

Install is a lot easier since you wont need strut compressors to build your struts like the other lifts, most come in pieces. Also rear bumpstops are included, front and rear springs, Ranchos all around. The rear RSX Ranchos add a few bucks over cheaper shocks, but they fit correctly also.

Also the front spacers and top plates add bucks to the cost of the kit. If you add up comparable parts and lift parts, it's not that much more. I could sell a cheaper version, but you would be on your own to assemble the struts and re-use parts from your stock factory struts. Think quality here. It's priced right for what you get. Plus the ride is awesome

Also with all of the Frankenlifts out there, c/v angles are not an issue. Also we will be probably switching over to OME rear coils due to supply issues with the others we have been using. They have been tested and approved by the KJ Jedi himself

I ordered preassembled struts from macgyver on my OME lift. Check the prices on what a shop will charge you to assemble them. I like the fact that I can change out my front struts with no down time. One other thing, there is alot of cost that the consumers don't realize business owners have.

Hey Quinn,

Are the OME coils going to be direct replacments for the Skyjacker coils or is it going to be a coil/spacer solution?

Just FYI, I have been running the rear OME springs to test them out for a while now. I did not want to post until I had seen if they were really going to stand up to the task.

I know for a fact that they do a couple of extra steps to prevent future sag like a lot of other springs do.

I have really benn loading the rear of my jeep with tons of computer junk and electronic crap and they have really stood up to the sag test.

The ride on road is very nice...firm but not stiff at all. Off road they are very flexy but not mushy.

I have been very pleased with them. I feel they will be a great spring in the rear of a KJ.

Again...keep in mind the Frankinlift is assembled and that saves a ton of work and time. But even more than that ...the Frankinlift has really been an outstanding kit and held up very well to the punishment that a lot of folks have been dishing out to it out on the trails. I ordered my Frankenlift for my 2003 Limited earlier this week! I can't wait until it gets here, and you can bet I'll post before and after pics, with stock tires!

I have been running Rancho shocks in both front and rear. The ride has been good but dissapointed in front shocks as one of them fell to bits about 8 months after fitting. I have replaced them with OME who warranty them for 2 years. I have no issue at this stage with the rear.
