Found this on the web today & thought some of you may like it. It's a PDF file of the entire KJ vehicle, including exploded views of all areas. The areas are noted with all the corrosponding part numbers. It's a big file & even took a while for it to download through my cable connection (10mg), but it's worth it! Check out:
http://www.berrysprinter.com/05kj.pdf
It has info for all gas & diesel engines.

Good luck!

If you click on the vehicle model index at the top left, you can download the same for any '05 DC vehicle.

I went ahead and grabbed the ones for the Dakota and Ram pickups as well. Going to compare tranny and torque converter part numbers.

Change the 05 to your year and you can get a different year (Worked for 03 when I tried). http://www.berrysprinter.com/03kj.pdf

I looked it up for my 02 model made in 01, and have a couple questions. First, it lists 8 part numbers for the front coils. How do I know which one is in my Jeep. Also, it says the 11th digit of the VIN is the assembly plant and should be L for Toledo North Assembly. My VIN has a W there. Where would that have been built? The final question is how do you read the sequence number? Is it just a sequential numbering in the order the Jeeps are built? For example, 100000 being the 100,000th built?

Those codes all mean something, and this note from the PDF will tell you how to find out which part number you've got: "[ZCC] Through [ZRK] = Spring Sales Codes will Be Found On Vehicle Identication Number [VIN] Sales Code Lisiing"

I know that the codes mean something. I was trying to find out if anyone knew what they meant. Also, what is "Vehicle Identication Number [VIN] Sales Code Lisiing." I don't know of "Lisiing" even being an English word. I had read that, but wasn't sure where it meant I could find the information.
