Ok, I tried to see how much the Jeep CRD in a Canadian website. I just got a question: why is there a charge for the automatic transmission for the CRD when the consumer is not provided with the option to have a manual? It's like buying a pair of shoes and being charged for the separte left and right foot. Can this be haggled with the dealer?

Whether they offer the manual or not, the automatic is still an upgrade from the manual. If they didn't do it this way, they'd just stick the cost of the automatic into the base cast of the CRD. It all comes out in the end.
