well... when you pull up for a gentle stop (i.e., apply the breaks lightly) on dry pavement, you get the ABS kicking in. then, when you take off and turn hard to the right, the system will sometimes determine that you are out of control on the dry pavement and limit the RPMs from the 3000 you are at (remember, we are turning out onto a main street and trying not to be a hood ornament) to about 1000 for a few seconds. This makes everyone behind you very happy. No one has hit me yet, but Monday I almost became a hood ornament for the FedEx guy... I can't have a truck that might get my kids injured in some stupid accident. Oh, and when the ESP off button has the ESP in partial off, I haven't seen these issues.
So this started in July, and they said it was normal operation. The engineers at camp jeep seemed to have a few ideas, but nothing they could tell me to do. Talking to the dealer for 4-5 months to get a regional tech rep to look at the car was fruitless, so I took the tech at the dealer for a 20 minute ride where it did both issues, but didn't register any faults on his computer. they had it again for a few days last week, but said the lift and the tires would need to go to determine that they were not the problem (also needed to be off if we Lemon Law it). So, today the 32's came off (may sell these, as the CJ uses 15's). Saturday Ed and I are un-lifting it (just cant say lower

) and removing the front diff collar (Jeepjeepster expressed interest). The only thing left will be the skinks (TomMudd has dibs on these) and the CB, which will be moving to the CJ if the KJ goes.
I really like the KJ, but I'm tired of this issue. I would almost consider a really upside down trade if the Lemon Law goes against me.
