Moab three weeks prior, maybe?

Livingston the week after?

Tom if you need something picked up down this way, just let me know...

Yeah, that would do it.

So do we want to meet at the Panera on Miller Lane exit off of I-75 (just south of I-70) or at the McDonalds at 48&I-70 (about 6 miles west of I-75) at 0830?

I personally like the food better at Panera.

I'll probably just meet you all at or near the park. Heading towards I 70 would be out of the way.

If there's a lot at the entrance I'll meet you all there, otherwise, I'll just find a spot. Is the target still 0900 or 0930 at Haspin?

I'll PM cell #'s if needed.

PS I picked up a handheld CB that might pick up conversation 2 or 3 miles out. What channel will you all be on?

Well, come meet us for grub. I plan on picking up Eddo at 8, so 8:10 at Panera would be great. Then we wait on Tom. I think it's a little early for Hooters, but maybe on on way home....

Say, why not just come over and play? Eddo will be spotting....

Oh come now. I can't believe you haven't at least posted the one where you were giving the wrangler a strap up!

Moose, I can't believe that you didn't mention that same Wrangler almost pulled my KJ on its side.

Now we see why Eddo shouldn't drive anything with as much torque as a 4L  That could have really sucked

At least I think we all agree that Haspin requires a locker, or MT', even if it's "dry".

I'll try to upload my pics again, even though photobucket doesn't like my computer at home.

First off, we took the trails deep in the woods where ATVs and dirtbikes run and the foliage was dense enough that the ground hadn't dried out completely from Wednesday's rain. If we had stayed in the trails that connected campsites, we wouldn't have had any issues.

Basically Moose's stock tires and my ATs were no match for one spot before lunch. Neither of us have lockers (at least installed...i'm so stupid...) so we both got our wheels stuck in ruts that we just couldn't get out of.

Moose was leading and made it pretty well through one spot, but to avoid a tree, his tires slipped in a hole. He lost momentum, and no matter what we tried, he couldn't get over a hump to get three tires with traction. I tried another trail around him so that I could give him a pull out, but a group of 4wheelers came blasting through. I lost the necessary momentum and no matter what I tried I kept slipping into a hole that I didnt want to be in. My passenger front tire was deep in a rut, my passenger rear was 6 inches from another hole and I was off camber pretty bad.

I was setting up my hi -lift as a winch and Eddo somehow got Moose unstuck. He pulled around to give me a tug. But since my front tires were unable to turn and Eddo was pulling on an angle, the shoulder of the passenger front tire stayed in place while my Jeep started to roll. Luckily he let off the throttle and I came back down. He readjusted the tow direction and shortened the pull (doubled my 30' twice = 7.5' strap length) and got me out.

It took us about an hour and half to get around that mess. But sorry, no pictures of either, we were all just thinking of ways to get each other out.

Here are a couple shots:

Looks like a pretty good place to wheel. The last picture "LUNCH" just wondering what type of lunch you were preparing that you needed that BFH laying in front of the cooler   Still with the stucks your day turned out better than mine
