Just get the word out. Don't buy their stuff. If their rep is so bad post a sticky that says how poor their customer service is.

I got some Supersliders from them and had some problems with the install. They just told me they will fit and weren't helpful with install questions. I managed to get them on with some creativity but they were advertised as easy fit which it was not.

If I had been more inolved with these boards (here and at KJ country) at that time, I would have gotten my sliders from Rock Lizard or All J instead.

Live and learn.

i would think a 3/4" rubber spacer in front and a 2" one out back would be the cheapest easiest minor lifts. hard to screw those up.

How much would you all pay for it, though? I could do it at my job but, if it's not going to make money, my boss isn't going to let me waste polyurethane on it, let alone the steel to make the molds. Than you have to look at how many people are going to buy it, etc...

Let me add my experience to the pile of RRO complaints. Ordered some rock sliders awhile back and received them as promised. When I opened the box I found the hardware kit (which was poorly packaged) Had broken open and all my hardware was rattling around inside the box. When I e-mailed RRO regarding this situation and waiting a couple of days for a reply, I got "attitude". Instead of just sending me a new hardware kit, I was told to do an inventory of what I had so they could determine what was missing. I did that and got the missing pieces about a week later. I had an opportunity to install the sliders before I received the hardware so I went ahead and did so using my own hardware. The sliders themselves are pretty nice, but I think I'll go elsewhere for any future KJ accessories.

Same issues here, I got the OTT kit, destoyed my struts,When I called about it they said they never heard this issue and there were post on this site to the contrary. Got the rock rails and they welded the mounts on one side upside down. sent pictures and went back and forth for weeks, finally modified them myself to fit. Stay far away from them.

Wonder if Glenn know how bad this poor customer service hurts his business with us. Maybe he considers the KJ market to be a waste of his time, gets what cash he can from it and concentrates on TJ, CJ, and JK sales and service instead?

They get flamed by the other makes too. Their business practices are lame regardless of who they are dealing with. They even get bad feedback on their ebay sales. I am amazed they are still in business.

Despite all of us knowing that RRO's business practices are crap, they continue to be a big supplier of lifts to local dealerships in Utah (That is why I have a RRO lift, but that will be gone soon :) ). I think this alone is what is keeping them in business, if anyone could communicate what junk RRO's stuff has been maybe we could hit them where it hurts....thus helping them to correct their evil ways.

I have heard negative things about them (RRO) since I first came on LOST back in August of 2004 but here we are almost 3 years later and still the same things happening. I have seen threads were someone new comes on and asks about them and people try and tell them not to buy from them ...but they do anyways.
The only things we can do is to continue to try and educate new KJ owners that they need to stay completely away, some will Thank us others will try and buy from them and come back later to say WE SHOULD OF LISTENED. As far as them (RRO) doing anything I doubt they will , I mean they are still in business selling to uneducated 4X4 owners.
