Found out the pass floor was really wet, must have been from when we had january snows after it rolled and it leaked in the sunroof and then ran down on the floor, so the fan overnight should dry it off.

Everything still looks functional and only needs minor repair.

You could shrink your pictures a little. The people with dial up would love you.

I have already resized them. They are optimized for my computer at 1680x1050. As technology progresses this will become the norm, in 6 years when I buy a new computer I will optimize them for that computers display. This way as time progresses technology will continue to be better suited for the pictures I post.

dailup is so 2002.

Looks like serious work! Good for you for tackling it. I just went a few rounds with the sunroof on my TDO Jetta. Don't sweat it if the seals aren't perfect...they never are. On my NEW CRD I notices a bit of wet in there after heavy rains.

The important part is the sunroof drains cause every sun roof leaks. Since you have everything out, make sure those hoses and end-nipples are clear and that the hoses conect snug and at the joints to the sun-roof pan.

yeah yeah Dialup (BAD) Broadband (GOOD)

Am I the only one that feels like they're missing out on how the rig got in this condition in the first place. Sounds like an interesting story, and what are the plans for it after the teardown?

Bought it rolled, fixing it up. After it fixed I plan to goto ouray.

My roof panel will take 3-5 days to come in according to the dealer, but the bumper cover, fender flare, and 1/4 panel will come in tomorrow, Im not sure if I want to drive to denver tomorrow to get that stuff only to have to go back later for the roof.

You might consider adding the tow package if you're that far into it, if it doesn't already have it. You're already doing like 85-90% of the work.

already got it, and I would have added a hitch anyway, every jeep needs a hitch, just like it needs 4wd.
