So, over the passed few nights i've been doing alot of late night thinking in the driveway at like 1am. Long week.

Well, last night i drove home from work and got home around 11pm. Its a 15 mile drive thats mainly cruise controlled at 65mph for about 12 of the miles.

Go inside, shower, change, eat, play some xbox 360 and deside to go out for a smoke. Its about 130am...I walk passed the front of the jeep and i can still feel the heat just radiating out the front. Hot enough to where when i put my hand there for a second to feel it i had to pull my hand away.

I just had an oil change done about 1000 miles ago and all the fluids are fine as far as i can see...

Anyone got any ideas on what could be causing this? 2 and a Half hours is quite a long period of time for the KJ to cool down after a 15 mile drive. The engine heat temp gauges on the instrument panel are reading just a hair hotter then normal i noticed as well.

I don't know why it would stay hot that long but maybe it's time for a set of these.

I have looked at those. I will be doing something to help get the heat out of there.

Ive noticed that the 3.7l holds heat very well. Idk if its due to the iron block or what, but I can go in church on a cold day, come back out after the pastor ran over and its still warm.. 8)
