I have some questions and observations about my scangage. Maybe someone can ask their dealer, if there is any special notes or procedures when DC uses their test equipment on the obd2 port. I have also noticed, that when the computer stops sending information to the obd2 port, I can change the mode on the scangage from ISO to VPW and get some readings on mpg, rpm, etc. Just wanted to know if anyone else has tried other settings, or has made it stay on longer? I like my scangage, and have mounted it below the evic computer, above the mirror on a homemade metal bracket, I had to make a extension cable to extend the factory cable to the scangage.

As long as mine stays on long enough to reset the CEL, I'm a happy guy. Wish you could program macros in it so I could do it with less button pushes.

I had tried for some time to get another scanner to work with the CRD. We gave up in the end but the supplier mentioned that the pins on the OBDII port are a mix of ISO and VPW protocol!
And BTW your bracket design etc is already on Ebay!
