Sarah also took a few photos and I will post some of hers when I get time. The trip was AWESOME……………..thanks to EVERYONE for coming out! I think I counted 12 counting the two kiddos. Sarah really enjoyed the trail and riding shotgun with Stacey. Thanks Marty for taking time from your busy schedule to coordinate a last minute “late night” trail run. Thanks Troy for the “LIGHT SHOW” and for letting me ride shotgun and pick your brain. We do anticipate joining you all for future trail runs and other Club functions.

Sarah has pictures of Darryl’s and Bill’s rigs, but unfortunately those photos were taken with the good ol' 35 mm, so we’ll have to wait until those are developed. It was awesome having you and Denise out on the trail.......................the Patriot was a nice bonus thrown into the mix. It was surprising to see what a stock KJ or Patriot can do.

Hey it was great to meet everyone! It was nice to see a Patriot out with us to,good driving Bill.Glad you could come out and ride along Rhett and Sarah,I enjoyed talking and feel free to pick my brain anytime.China Wall was a nice little trail, some fun obsticals and a little more challenging when it's wet.Everyone did good and no problems so that was nice, and it was a added bonus to finish it while it was dark.

Glad everyone could make it out, and thank you for your patience while Troy and I worked on Chase's KJ. It went a little longer than expected, but his jeep turned out real nice. Rhett and Sarah, it was good having you come along. I hope Stacey didn't freak Sarah out too much.:D Stacey's a pretty good driver, especially if she listens to her spotter. Everyone one else did extremely well, considering the handicaps of stock suspensions, tires, new driver's, low light and wet terrain. You guys will only get better. As you may have noticed, if you trust your spotter, you can get through some fun stuff with very little trouble. I have done this trail several times, but we never had any stockers join us, so I was a little skeptical, but I learned something new as well, and I finally got a chance to see the loop that goes back to the trailhead. It was also nice to see all the co-pilots enjoying the ride, and some of them wanting to learn how to spot. We could always use more well trained spotters, because there are very few of us and we get spread pretty thin when we get in large groups, as Chase may recall from the Iron Clads run.

Anyways, I look forward to seeing you guys on the future trail runs. We need to do a Wheeler Lake and Chinamans Gulche run here in the near future, which are a lot of fun for the stocker guys to ride along and see what some real obstacles look like. I'm looking at maybe three weeks from now doing another trail run, so keep your eye out for that.

Thanks for thinking of me Dawson, I would have much prefered getting dirty with you guys instead of playing "will that be paper or plastic". But then again this is what will pay for my armor plateing and my lift down the road. Hope to be with you all on a future run. Great pic's BTW. 8)

KJ4ME, I always keep my old Olympus camera (2.1MP 10x zoom) in the KJ for emergencies needs. Maybe you can find a used digital camera (quickie) camera for those quick emergency shots.

Came in handy twice when I had my Camry and a Waste management truck hit me. Also same when a guy rearended my KJ (slight unnoticeable bend in the spare carrier) did a lot of damage to his Escort. Took pictures of everything from all angles.

Sarah said, "SORRY MARTY" if she got you in trouble by posting the picture of YOU with a smile on top of all those BIG ROCKS. But I can agree with Troy, the rock rail was clear of the rocks.

Haha, no trouble. Ted knows if I tear up his sliders, I would have to put some Super Skinks on to replace them, so he isn't going to complain.:D Those sliders are getting replaced this fall anyways, when we start the next big project. Oh, and I don't remember hitting any rocks. No one else hit their rockers and they don't have armor and are a good 4"+ lower than Ted's jeep, so I couldn't have possibly hit the rock rails.
