Us SE Virginia folks are heading to GWNF the weekend of Aug 11th for a weekend camping/wheeling trip. Brandywine campground will be open (water, elec). The camping fee is $13/night.

On the 11th we plan on leaving the Beach at 7am arrive at Bradywine, set up camp and wheel for couple of hours. Sunday we will wake up, eat, breakcamp and wheeling till 3PM. The goal is to find trails that I have yet to wheel on. (Got a map, GPS and tow hooks).

Tow hooks required, skid plates recommended, lifted or not we can find a place for you.

Who wants to play?

I went up there this past weekend with Virginia Jeep Trail Dogs, it was a blast! I can't say enough about how beautiful it is. I took lots of pics. Second Mountain and Reddish Knob are Beautiful! Wish I could join ya, but I am headed to the beach that weekend for a week. Hope I can find some sand to play in in Rehoboth, DE !! I posted some pics on here: http://jeep.meetup.com/198/photos/ And will have them posted on myjeepspace this evening. Have fun!

See ya at Camp Jeep!! Tracy

Mike, I am sorry to say that I am not going to be able to make it, This sea duty stuff sucks.

I am going to be gone pretty much now through begining of Nov.

Hopefully I will be home enough then to get out then. We all really wanted to get out and dirty.

Doc, I understand. Sea duty can be a bear. Hang tight, before you know it you time will be up.

In yesterday's mail I receive my 30 year retirement certification. Now I'm off the hook and the good old Navy can't recall me. :D
