Built off of the Jeep Unlimited Rubicon model, the Limited Edition Sahara features unique exterior and interior cues, including a chrome grille, accent- colored fender flares, 30-inch Moab wheels with accent colors, exterior Sahara badge and a premium two-tone seat. In addition, the model will also include three Mopar components -- taillamp guards, a unique khaki-colored spare tire cover and a serialized interior badge that adds a great touch of exclusivity. The base MSRP for the Unlimited Sahara is $30,375.

Daddy bought his baby some new shoes.

They look 1,000 times better on the Renegade! Looks factory correct with the black and silver theme.

Found them on e-bay last week and drove into Missouri Saturday morning to pick them up. Saw them under his carport as I drove up to the house and fell in love all over again. Couldnt wait to install, so I put them on in his driveway and headed home with the biggest grin on my face. Lost count at the turned heads and honks recieved on the interstate.

Looks great
How much did you pay for them? Looks like the are the better ones.. not the one with the additional rim on the lip.

Thanks for the positive feedback. Next you'll be asking if I'm Republican or Democrat..LOL..I don't mind saying since there's only 1000 of them. I gave 1300.00 for the tires and wheels, saved 200.00 on shipping by going to get them. 3 hours and 45 minutes later, I was installing. I would do over again in a heart beat!
MOABS MAKE JOHNNY HAPPY :-)r
Also got an additional 1+" lift over the tires and wheels that were on there.

It's more like a gun metal grey..dark grey. Its hard to capture the true color on film. Oh so shiney. I tried in lower light, but it looked like regular MOAB's with shadows. In the pictures above there is just so much reflection that it distorts the true color, makes it look like a lighter shade.

Thanks renegadekj, yeah the side steps are factory and they have always bothered me, they make the renegade look like it sits lower than it does and there useless offroad. My wife on the other hand (who is shorter than I am) says she uses them to get in and out of the passenger side, I have brought up the super sliders to her and told her she could use the outer bar of the sliders for a foot stool. She says "it dont matter it yours"....the more i do to the renny the more she wants it. I will say the only good use is for strapping down the canoe, the side steps come in handy to reach up and over while having a sturdy place to stand. I know i can adapt to the slidders for this purpose. The slidders have been on the to do list for a while, along with some new shocks (sitting about a half inch low in the rear), some heavier duty 2 1/2 " rear coil springs and a front bumper hitch to carry a cradled winch. Give me a little more time, It's all in the works. Where are you from renegadekj?

The steps sure are nice trying to stap something to the racks, I had to use my tires as steps :? I have looked at the super sliders as well and would like to have them due to having a short (5'1") Fiance who would like a step of some sort but getting them shipped to canada just isn't fesible unless i get a steal on them. I'm actually from Nova Scotia but iam residing in Fort Mcmurray Alberta,CA at the present time do to work priorties. What kind of lift are you running? Your sig says OEM 2.5" iam assuming thats OME(old man emu)? Looks good! And if you want a easy way to bring the rear end back up you could do a isolator lift, iam sure one isolator would level your KJ out nicely.

Josh

THE OEM is Original Equipment of Manufacturer, I think i said that right? My inner door sticker says August 2002. This was one of the first 2003 models and the dealer or factory installed the lift, not sure which one installed it? But I like it now and I liked it then. I was looking at rows of Liberties and it was like duck, duck, duck, duck, goose, I want the goose. :D
