Even the color!

Funny, I was just saying last week, I've got all kinds of cracks and junk from trails. No biggie. But someone gave me a door ding and I went NUTS!

At the Jamboree last month I punched in the RR bumper corner. Classic "mini-van bumper" problem only I did it trying to climbe straight up and out of a river. Anyway, I got home and manged to get a long crowbar in behind it and just push it out. It popped out almost entirely. Not quite. next day, it was perfect.

But an ARB would be the answer! That's what i'm gonna do.

After looking at the photo, I have to wonder -- how do you get out of your Jeep once you pull it into the garage?!

The door.

I park on the right side of my 2 car garage. I park close to the right wall just to have extra space between the cars. I am usually alone or have my kids with me (who get in on that same side).

The wife must wait as I pull out of the garage if she wants to go with us. Sometimes she does.

As for my garage, I try to go straight down the middle and here is plenty of space inside to open the door and get out comfortably. Since I am not married, I don't have to park down the middle everytime. I can be closer to the passenger side of the garage and give myself even more room to move things around like large garbage bags.

It is easier to park in the garage by backing in than to try to take the nose in first. I have seen my neighbors smack their front ends on the sides of their garage door frames. I have never hit anything yet (knock on wood). You can see the wood damage on their door frames.

It is easier to unload the back of the KJ also....if you go forward into the garage, you have to have the garage door open to open the rear and load/unload. Not fun in the winter.

Little off topic tidbit... I remember when we were kids... We have a two car garage with 2 independant doors and a wood divider between the 2 which is about 18" wide. Well my mom pulls in nose first in the station wagon (remember those pre-minivan days?!) on the right side, gets out to unload groceries, goes into the house and leaves the driver door open...
Dad comes home and backs the pickup in on the left side and, you guessed it, creams the station wagon drivers door! (divider blocked his view on that side)
Man u should have heard the cussin!!
