Now this isnt for the kj, this is the flowmaster super 40 installed on my beretta with the 3.1 v6. I was wondering if a flowmaster super40 would sound anything like this if installed on my liberty:

Sorry sound quality isnt the greatest

Dang, that sounds LOUD! Being in your garage helped that out. Sounds beefier than my 50 delta.

it was sticking out of the garage a bit and the muffler was pointing out of the garage, the sound and loudness is about the same.

I am just trying to find a muffler with a deeper throatier sound like my beretta

I think someone already posted a clip of the 50 delta. If I cannot find it I will try to get one tomorrow.

The KJ is a pretty quiet Jeep...even with a flowmaster 40 on mine it does't seem very loud at all. I remember reading how people said there was alot of resonance in the cabin....there's times I can't even hear it!! Start up it the biggest change...it sounds WAY better. From idle to around 2000 it sounds great...after that you'll barely know its running. I've been around some loud vehicles, but I expected the KJ to be a bit louder with the 40...but it's not half as loud as I expected. This is from my personal experiences and opinions....

This is exactly what a flowmaster super 40 would sound like on a 2003 liberty 3.7L

Hmm that super 40 sounds pretty good, nice deep rumble. Maybe have to look into getting one of those

i like it, not quite as loud as a standard 40, and a lil deeper.
