The Act Joel is showing you refers to all parts of any manufacturer's warranty.

The only parts that will be voided will be parts that are directly affected by the lift, so here are your possibles:

Springs (depending on lift, it comes with better than factory)
Shocks and struts (replace with lift, the factory ones are crap with a lift)
Control arms (due to changed angles, front upper & lower, and rear)
Rear driveline and u- joints(due to changed angle, but depends on dealer)
Ball joints (depending on dealer, most likely voided due to being attached to control arms)
Halfshafts and Cv Joints (mostly CV Joints due to increased angle)

I think that is all they can void.
The inherent problem with the warranty system whith all brands not just DC, is that the choice to allow or dissallow warranty claims is left to the individual service writer or service manager, instead of having specific instructions.

So I guess I would say find a Jeep club and ask them who is lift friendly in your area.
Here in the springs we have 2 Jeep dealers, one will pretty much do anything to a lifted Jeep, the other tried to void my supervisors warranty because he had a lot of mud under his stock grand Cherokee... Our road to the range is a graded dirt road! His is a street queen!!

So, I guess find a different dealer, a Real one that understands what a Jeep is really for!

Well mission partially accomplished 8) . My parents decided that it doesn't look "too ridiculous." Hopefully when I go in to get my oil changed and alignment done the dealer will say that it's okay to have a life installed. Otherwise it looks like I'll get shot down

Lift!

The dealer said it was ok?? What dealer do you go to?
My dealer said it was cool too...I guess. Welp, pics first:

Skyjacker lift and 245/75 16 MT/R's.

As we all know (or should), there was a recall on ball joints. I skipped that and kept going. About a month after that pic, I went in and put on new MT/R's and did an alignment. They mentioned the joints looks a bit sloppy, but safe for now. A week later they dropped out. Luckily I wasn't on a highway. Anyway...

I went in to a dealer here in Folsom California and they did the Recall repair. New ball joints, new halfshafts, new fender flairs and liners...the works. No charge. I can scan and post the repair bill because I saved it all this time. I'm still shocked actually, but it's my turn to get lucky I figured. It's been almost a year I imagine, and everything is still tight under there when I did another alignment recently. It's only 2.5" inches.

If you get around to doing a lift, watch the backspacing on those Ruby rims. I went with 4-1/4"(?) on those M/T rims and that profile will hit that little plastic nub at the back of the wheel well. I cut it off, then bent over the lip weld. A little resin and line-x and you can't tell it was there...no rub w/ 31" and a little work.

Oh, and it has better clearance than the ruby too. Just not all the cool toys underneath from the showroom floor:

I'll get some updated pics if you need them. I can guide ya through a lift on the KJ as well, so just holler!
