#3 went out so I took it to the dealer last night to get it replaced under warranty. I expected a fifteen munute job having had experience replacing them on other vehicles in the past. After 15 minutes the service manager came out and informed me that it was going to be at least a 3 hour job and arranged a hire car.

I took a quick look at the FSM when I got home and #3 involves removing the egr tube but from the description sounds more like 30-45 minutes max not 3 hours so now I'm a bit suspicious.

Anyone got any experience with plug replacement on this vehicle. How long should it take?

I've had 3 of mine replaced. First one took DAYS. Second a day. Third a day, and they left parts on my cowling that they didn't reinstall......
