Have you done anything else to the CRD, like replace the OEM tires. I got a big hit on mileage when I put on new tires.

No, nothing has been done to it or changed except the afore emntioned sensors.

FYI - the mechanic may not approve of the ORM -
it's Off Road Mod because it's not legal on road - it defeats an emission control.
plug the MAF back in before you take it in.

I agree with what was posted on the first page of this thread - if they replaced the EGR valve twice, and it throws codes again almost immediately thereafter, it isn't the EGR itself - it's the FCV valve in the intake manifold.

Air Flow Valve - Air Flow Control valve - Flow Control Valve - Throttle Valve - samo samo alla time, no sweat GI - a rose, by any other name, etc - just tell'em to check that thingy on the front of the intake plenum
