anyone around the springfield IL area willing to help install a rustys 2.5 spacer lift Ive never done one before

I'm in Springfield but I've never done any suspension work. With duck hunting season starting this weekend, I won't have much free time until February. I'm slowly collecting the parts for an OME lift. I'd be tempted to try doing the lift if i knew where someone would put the front struts together for me. I just can't be without the Jeep since it is my main vehicle. Otherwise, if you know someplace that will do a good job, I'm not against giving someplace $$$ and having them do it.
