Senior Staff Representative
Chrysler Customer Assistance Center
I asked them to include information on any warranty/recall/TSB work performed prior to my purchase date.
Can I assume since the email didn't include any info about it being involved in a recall, I haven't had the F37(neutering) transmission reflash performed? I checked the owner site referenced and it indicated no outstanding recall items for my vehicles VIN.
Would a dealer be more cooperative for a request for a record of recall work or work performed under warranty?
Mark
