Could you please count me in for the hoses when they have been made up. Will they be avaliable in blue?

Seeing as how you are in the UK and so is SAMCO might you be availible to assist them with fitment/testing? It may expedite the production if they do not have to send the set to the US to be checked.

Seems like EU/AU/USA CRD's use the same in/outlet hoses. 8)

Ed, any chance you could check the part numbers for the older 2.5 engine?

I do not believe the 2.5 was turbocharged. Am I getting old?

I'll give the dealer a call and see if they can.
Some of them are arses and do it 'by the book' and won't give me any info unless I provide a bloody VIN for them.

LOL good to know someone else has the same darn problem as here. In a parts person perspective it is great but but when you are hunting for someting it is a PITA.

Hello guys, I have a 2.5 crd and yes it does have a turbo and yes the hoses leak oil. Called my JEEP parts supplier here in Barcelona, they'll get back to me in half an hour.

So we need part Nr's for:

- hose from turbo to intercooler

- intercooler to inlet manifold

Will edit post as soon as I have them.

Sorry guys, half an hour in Spain can also mean half a day...

Took me a while( been out of town for a couple of days), but got the part numbers! :D

- hose from turbo to intercooler CK52079800AA

- intercooler to inlet manifold CK52079801AB

Sure hope samco will make hoses for our 2.5 'oldies'.

Hmmm, you might see if you could test some hoses from a 2.8 and see if they fit the 2.5.

I have NO idea what exactly is different, never having seen the engine of the 2.5, but maybe the 2.8 hoses will work, which means the 2.8 silicon hoses might work for you.
