Possible new recall?

Friday evening when I got home I had a message on the machine from my Jeep dealer. The message was to call them back about a recall on my CRD. They didn't say what it was, But I know i'm up to date on recalls, I had the last one done (blower recall) a while ago. I have never had them call me before, I just get a card in the mail.

On monday I'll call and find out what is up and post the info here once I get it.

I though my came with that one from the factory, Wasn't F37 an old recall?

It was issues in December '06 I believe and affected units built sometime through the Spring of '06. You can go to the Jeep.com site, owners section and enter the last 10 digits of your VIN, be sure to use caps on the letters, and it will tell you about any outstanding ones.

What if they said they were going to replace your stock fuel filter head with a RACOR :lol:

Boy that would be great!!! Turns out that it was a blower motor recall, Just like the one I had done about 2 months ago. I told the service guy that they already did that awhile back but they can do it again if they like :lol:

He didn't have much of a sence of humor about that.

Possible new recall?
