if this will run 245 75's with nothing more than beating down a pinch weld, this is the set-up for me. i couldnt get the link to the struts to work.

This is what I have
and I run 245/75 MTR's
I did the pinch and had to move fog lamp doors on the '03
If you have the new front bumper style you may be good to go

i have an 02. it is the pre-lowered i guess. built in May of 01. so i was thinking i might not want to go as high as some kits will take it. i'm not planning on going offroad and flexing it out or anything. it will just be a daily driver. i want to fit a pair of 245-75-16 AT's. thanks in advance. I dont really want to spend over about $600, shipped.

If yours was built in May '01, then you have a non-lowered Liberty..
They didn't start lowering them until April '02..
So you don't need new springs, or anything else except
the Rocky Road Outfitters 2.125" COMBO lift..
It is the cheapest good lift out there..
It comes with 1.5" internal strut spacers and 7/16" on top strut plates for the front and 2.5 pucs for the rear..
It is really a very good setup..
that comes with NONE of the deawbacks of other systems..
only $ 219.00 plus 4 hours installation at a good shop..
I ran 265/75's on mine, but then I never took mine off road.. 8)

Just to give everybody a heads up in regards to what Jason had posted earlier with links for bargins... Rusty's OME springs are shown as $100 pr on the website, calling them on the telephone they told me it was $100 ea on the springs! That's a difference. The gentlemen also told me they were getting out of the "OME business".

I thought that sounded pretty cheap from Rusty's. Mine was 667.00 out the door/shipped from All J's. Probably could have saved a few bucks on the rear shocks, purchasing from another place, but I preferred to just deal with one place.

Hey guys, just trying to confirm that I'm on track with the frakenlift but:

With any lift you'll need to purchase longer bump stops to prevent the longer springs from bottoming out when they are compressed correct?
And the purpose of the rear spacers are to make up the difference in the lift that the new strut plates provide?

... and I took my business elsewhere. They knew my thoughts before the conversation ended.

sad thing is
I also had an issue with them
they have a "no questions asked" warranty on their control arms for TJ's
when my adjustable lowers wore out I sent in 1 set to be repaired and to have them cut short by 2"
wich they were ,kinda, they were sent back only 1" shorter then what they were when I sent them even though
I included a detailed letter explaining this
when I sent in the second pair I requested the same thing and after 4 ,yes, 4 weeks I got them back and they were the same length as the day I sent them
I am a trail guide so I NEED my jeep
well the ride is 2 weeks out and I will pay for shipping but I need a 100% garante that I will get them back
They made it sound like they were doing me a favor the first time and would not garante any thing
I have yet to purchase any thing from them and NEVER will

I have 40k miles on my Rusty's kit. It has been perfect and I have not changed any dampers yet. It is a bit softer than I like though.
